Reply by sjpartington on December 11, 2014As the song says, You took the words right out of my mouth.I didn't load this one, but thought I'd give Foxit a trial. Found bugs and design faults already, but looks okay. One drawback is the 35Mb footprint. As for Win8x, I'm of the same mind. Take Microsoft's new pinup boy: OneNote.Been using it six months on WP8 phone - but no transparency with file management on phone or OneDrive. Started using browser version - same problem. The Win8 version, even worse. I saw screen pics different from any of my three versions.
Finally downloaded Desktop version, but it automatically gave me 32-bit. Uninstalled, then spent an hour (manual and MS-Fixit) uninstalling other 32-bit Office products to get OneNote in 64-bit.Now works okay, but what a waste of time!Reading other reviews, I still may give this one a try.
